Thoughts on Boston

My trip to Boston wasn’t planned, and so in having a last minute meeting come up it was a welcome diversion out of the office. Additionally Susan couldn’t join me, and so a had a weekend to myself to walk around and refresh my memory for a city that I hadn’t visited in years.

Boston is very beautiful and clean. I was able to visit the harbor area, downtown, and the Common (the city’s central park). I also had the good fortune of mild temperatures for my visit, something that doesn’t always happen in March. The pedestrian crowd was out and about enjoying the good weather and visiting the shops, restaurants and public spaces that are popular in a city. After joining them for a couple days, I was left with the desire to return and visit this location again – if only to enjoy the culture and atmosphere that is uniquely Boston.

Here are a couple pictures of the things I enjoyed on my visit.
